Property blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying various sections of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
Further images released as part of the ongoing investigative process.
